The application says: “Internal and external works for Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the lower ground floor, following the partial demolition and replacement of the existing single-storey rear extension with a modestly enlarged rear extension; alterations to openings within the original rear wall; partial infilling of an existing external doorway; replacement of lower ground floor windows, doors and front forecourt pavement lights with new double-glazed units; minor internal alterations to create a revised utility and kitchen layout; and associated internal refurbishment works including fitted joinery and breathable wood fibre internal wall insulation.”
